30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all SuperScope subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your Account → Billing page, which opens the Stripe-hosted customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for the unused portion of a billing period outside the 30-day window above.

How to request a refund

To request a refund within the 30-day window, email superscope@bureauofcreativeintel.com from the address associated with your account and include your subscription tier and order date. We typically respond within 2 business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe back to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
