Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with
SuperScope ("the Service") is operated by Bureau of Creative Intelligence ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
SuperScope generates product requirement documents and prompts from natural language input using third-party AI models. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and be of legal age (or have authority to bind your organisation). You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe intellectual property rights.
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, deceptive, or sexual content involving minors.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, probe, or interfere with the Service or its security.
- Resell or redistribute the Service or circumvent technical limits.
- Use outputs as professional advice (legal, medical, financial) without independent qualified review.
5. Inputs and outputs
You retain ownership of your inputs. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the outputs you generate. You are responsible for having the rights to your inputs and for how you use the outputs. We may remove content or restrict accounts for suspected infringement or abuse.
6. Our intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service, our software, models, prompts, branding and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Subscriptions to the Service are sold by Bureau of Creative Intelligence. We use Stripe as our payment processor to handle billing, card data and recurring charges; Stripe's processing of your payment information is governed by Stripe's terms. Plans renew automatically at the cadence shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us at superscope@bureauofcreativeintel.com; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Taxes, if applicable, are calculated and collected at checkout.
8. Service level
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; saved content may be exported within 30 days before deletion.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bureau of Creative Intelligence is established. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
